As a signatory to the Responsible Procurement and Supplier Relations Charter, T2S has set up an SME Liaison Officer/In-house Mediator.
The mediator plays a key role in supplier relations and responsible procurement.
The mediator may be contacted at any time if a supplier is having difficulty making its voice heard or reaching an agreement with its usual T2S contacts.
The mediator undertakes to remain neutral and independent at every stage of the mediation process.
